Meet our Lead Pastor

Meet David, DeLaina, Zac and Lex. David is one of the Founding Pastor’s of The Bridge Church. In October 2012, David and one of his college friends Josh Hyde started planning out what ministry would look like together and where. They went back to talks and dreams about serving together they had in college in 2001. That led them to start Campus Church on the campus of Western Carolina University in February of 2013. In 2016 they changed the name from Campus Church to The Bridge Church because of growth from the community around the school. David began meeting at his home in Hendersonville in the summer of 2016 and fully launched the Bridge Church Hendersonville in June of 2017. The Bridge Church now has three active campus: The Bridge Cullowhee led by Josh Hyde, The Bridge Hendersonville led by David Lewkowicz and The Bridge Church Asheville led by Nathan Moss. David graduated from Fruitland Baptist Bible College (A.A in Religion/Church Ministries; Liberty University (B.S in Religion), Liberty University (MA in Theological Studies), Liberty University (Master of Religious Education)
